All Prices mentioned on our website are correct at the time of publishing, but we do not guarantee they will be the same in store. Please call for any info needed before coming into our high street store.
Instore we have a no quibble guarantee on *all items, and we will refund or exchange where possible, in any case managements decision is final, but usually in favour of the consumer. Exchange, Refunds or Credit Notes are only issued on full priced items with 14 days unless found to be faulty. We extend our exchange policy from December 1st each year. Please call for details.
Any returns for any reason we do require all packing, labels are as they were still attached when purchased and that they are in a retail condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is considered faulty by us. Please note online selling rules such as “not fit for purpose“ do not apply to in store purchases.
We do not exchange or refund sale items or special offers in store. Unless previously arranged prior to purchase.
*We cannot exchange or refund any underwear (Tights or Undergarments) once the goods have left our retail store in accordance with UK Health & Hygiene Laws.
We try to beat all local retail & school prices where we can but do not give a 100% guarantee on this, however if proof is given we will try to beat most prices locally. Locally being with a 30 mile radius of our retail store. Please also take into account other suppliers online added costs such as Brand, minimum order levels and postage fees when comparing our prices.
Some items are marked by the manufacturer as "non returnable if" or similar labels, so please take note as this is not our policy but is the manufacturers policy.
At present we cannot take payment over the phone, unless made by Paypal only to our email address email@example.com with prior arrangement. We currently do not sell online.
We can take payment on special pre arranged deals via our PayPal account. Call for details on 07340 766345 during opening times.
Sorry but other than PayPal we cannot accept payment via cards over the phone.
We can post up to 2kg for £4.95 to any UK mainland address. This excludes extreme postal areas of Scotland and All of Ireland. We can post to these locations but at an extra charge. All are sent requiring a signature tracked via Royal Mail.
Our store is open 6 days a week, other than UK Bank Holidays and Christmas/New Year week. Dates are usually posted on our website top banner when known.
