Q1 Do you sell online?

A1. Currently we do not sell online.


Q2. Do you post out items?

A2. Yes, we can only post out items if paid for in advance by PayPal, bank transfer or via card over the phone. Contact us for total cost prior to making any payment. 


Q3. What types of payment do you accept in your shop?

A3. We take Cash & all Card & Contactless payments including PayPal, Apple Pay etc in store.


Q4. What stock do you hold?

A4. We try to hold stock of most items in most sizes in popular Colours and styles. See our section Stocked Items. 


Q5. What type of clothing and shoes do you stock.

A5. We hold most styles of Leotards for Ballet and Gymnastics along with Skirts, Shorts, Sock & Tights. Shoes we have Jazz, Tap, Ballet & Ballroom in both Adult & Childrens sizes and some ballroom dresses. 


Q6. Do you stock Jazz boots?

A6. No, we do however hold Trainers & proper Jazz shoes with full or split sole in Black, some in Tan colour. We currently only order in Jazz Boots.


Q7. What Brands do you hold?

A7. We hold most Major Brands which includes Bloch, Capezio, Freed, Roch Valley, Tappers & Pointers, The Zone, Ballet Pro, Tendu, Bunhead, IDS, Silky & More.


Q8. Can you order something in for me?

A8. Yes, we are however restricted by our suppliers, but find most we can get in within 24/48hours. We do ask for payment upfront before ordering any item into our store.


Q9. Do you do Refunds or Exchanges?

A9. Yes we do both as well as Credit notes. This is restricted to a return to store policy with receipt within 14 days of original purchase and all item/s must be returned in original condition and packaging, otherwise they may not be accepted. PLEASE NOTE online selling rules are different to purchases in a retail shop. We do not refund any postal costs. 


Q10. What days are you Open?

A10. We are currently open 6 days a week. Mon-Friday 10am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and the first Sunday of each month 10am to 2pm.
